this patter is for lace jam jar covers. Prettying up jam jars makes them perfect storage for your crochet hooks and pens and pencils. I have three of these on my desk I love making them so much and I like having somewhere pretty so store things.

Round 1: 2dc
into each st to the end. 12sts
Round 2: (dc
in the first st, 2dc in the next st) repeat to end. 18sts
Round 3: (dc
in the first two sts, 2dc in the next st) repeat to end. 24sts
Round 4: (dc
in the first three Sts, 2dc in the next st) repeat to end. 30sts
Round 5: (dc
in the first nine Sts, 2dc in the next st) repeat to end. 33sts
Round 6: (dc
in the first ten Sts, 2dc in the next st) repeat to end. 36sts
Round 7: ch
2 counts as first tr, tr, ch1, 2tr in
