This pattern is worked in the round use a stitch marker to
mark the beginning of the rounds
You will need
Anchor embroidery thread
275, 260 and 262
1.25 mm
crochet hook
Stitch
markers
Wooden beads
20mm and 15mm
Leather cord
Abbreviations
ch: chain
sl st: slip
stitch
dc: double
crochet
sts: stitches
Crochet
covered beads
Make 6 – 2
in each colour
Start with
6SC into ring 6St
Rnd 1: 2dc into each st to the end.
12sts
Rnd 2: (dc in the first st, 2dc in the
next st) repeat to end. 18sts
Rnd 3- 7 : dc in each st to the end.
30sts
Place a 20mm
wooden bead into the cup created making sure to line up the holes
Continue crocheting
around the bead.
Rnd 8: (dc2tog, dc in next st) repeat
to end. 12sts
Rnd 9: (dc2tog) repeat to end 6sts
Cut yarn and
thread through loop to secure. Weave in and cut off any loose ends.
Making up
Use the
photo as a guide as thread the beads onto the leather cord as so

Make sure
the thread is long enough so the necklace is big enough to fit over your head,
then to finish try the ends of the thread together in a knot.
